Many small business websites require specialized functions, such as a way to take online registration or a way to showcase photo albums, etc. I am able to help you decide which functions would benefit your business, and then configure them on your web site.

E-Commerce

Whether you need a standalone web store or would like to add en e-commerce component to your main web site, I can help you. While my favorite e-commerce solution is Zen Cart, I am versed in Virtuemart, 3-D Cart, 1ShoppingCart and others.

Blog & Forum Set-Up

Blogs and Forums add value to site visitors: Both provide a way to add targeted, relevant content for your visitors, and both allow your site visitors to interact right on your website.  An added bonus is that search engines also like blogs and forums! I am versed in a number of blog and forum solutions, and can offer them as either a standalone solution or as part of a larger website.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

There are many different factors that come together to determine whether or not your site will rank well in the search engines and therefore be found by searchers. SEO is the art/science of manipulating these factors in order to get your site ranked high so that targeted online searchers (people looking for your specific product or service) will find it. There are varying degrees of SEO research and methodology that you can pay SEO experts to do for you, but every website should have certain bacis SEO steps taken so that it gets indexed accurately by search engines, and I do these for you.

Template & Graphic Design

In order for your website to appear professional, it requires at minimum. I provide these services. Please view my portfolio to get an idea of what you can expect from my work:

Website Overhaul

A website overhaul is less drastic than a complete redesign, because you don't necessarily need to toss out what has been done before and start from scratch. Most websites can be significantly improved by simply rearranging their contents and removing any annoying elements. The idea of a website overhaul is to keep what works, drop what doesn't, and add anything that has been identified as "missing."

A typical website overhaul involves the following tasks:

• re-organization of website content
• tweaking of site metatags
• addition of visitor tracking (Google Analytics or another tracker of its kind)
